Miss Philippines Crowned Miss Tourism International 2017

“Thank you, Malaysia for making my dream come true. It has been my dream to be crowned as a queen from the age of 18," an ecstatic Jannie Loudette Alipo-on sid at the event, held late at Sunway Resort Hotel & Spa located in the satellite city of Petaling Jaya, Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.
Alipo-on was selected among 47 delegates representing countries and regions of the world.
She was crowned by outgoing title-holder Ariel Pearse from New Zealand. Alipo-on is the Philippines' fourth Miss Tourism International titleholder after Angeli Dione Gomez in 2013, the late Rizzini Alexis Gomez in 2012, and Esperanza Manzano in 2000.

Maja Aleksandra Sieron from Poland placed second and crowned Miss Tourism Metropolitan 2017 while on third place was Lois Tangel from Indonesia and was crowned Miss Tourism Cosmopolitan 2017.
Completing the winners circle where Julia Horta from Brazil who as crowned Dream Girl of the Year 2017, Diana Hills from Australia was crowned Miss Tourism Global 2017 while Panghom Kamolrut Tanon from Thailand was crowned Miss Southeast Asia Tourism Ambassadress 2017.
