The 57th edition of the Miss International beauty pageant took place on Tuesday, November 14, 2017, at the Tokyo Dome City, Tokyo, Japan. Kylie Verzosa of the Philippines crowned her successor Kevin Lilliana of Indonesia at the end of the event. Another feat after winning 2nd runner-up last year. This is the first time that Indonesia won a Big 4 pageant. This country has been performing very well in Miss Universe, Miss World, Miss Supranational and Miss Grand International as well.
